Game: The Coffee Pot

Good morning to everyone!

Next week I'm going to try a new warm up activity. It is called "Coffee Pot"

Here you can get the worksheets I will hand out: The Coffee Pot Game

In this game, students will work in pairs. Each student has a worksheet (Worksheet A or Worksheet B) with 5 questions. If you have a look at the questions you'll notice that the main verb of each has been changed by the words "Coffee pot".

For instance: Have you ever coffee pot late to school? The missing verb is gone. 

How to play it?

Student A reads a question and Student B answers it but with the correct verb tense. Here you have the example: 

Student A: Have you ever coffee pot tlate to school?
Student B: Yes, I have arrived late to school.
